By booking with Book & Hit, you agree to the terms set out below. These terms apply to every booking made through Book & Hit while the service operates in Dubai.

Service — Book & Hit provides the ball machine, delivery, and set-up. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the court is available and properly booked for the delivery time and location. If the court is unavailable or not correctly booked, this is not Book & Hit’s responsibility — we provide the machine, delivery, and set-up only.

Booking & Payment — Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Payment is made online through a secure booking link. Sessions are charged by the hour or 90-minute slot. Delivery is free within Midtown; other Dubai areas may carry a delivery surcharge, communicated before confirmation.

Security Deposit — AED 7000 refundable deposit is required only for full-day bookings or longer. It is returned after the machine is collected undamaged.

Cancellation & Reschedule — Cancel at least 12 hours before your booking for a full refund. One free reschedule is included per booking. Cancellations made under 12 hours may not be refunded.

Equipment Care — The machine is delivered in full working condition. You agree to use it as instructed and to keep it protected from misuse, damage, or theft while in your care. Any damage beyond normal use may be charged. In addition, the ball bag will be weighed at delivery and weighed again at collection. If the weight differs, a penalty of AED 10 will be charged for each missing ball.
